The room was comfy, and the free breakfast was pretty good! While we had trouble in the beginning, the front desk staff were friendly after everything had been resolved. While the general area was difficult to navigate, the location put us near a lot of food and grocery places, which was very convenient!

This property (recently renovated) was modern and very clean. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Best of all, NO CARPETING! A hot breakfast was served which included pre-cooked eggs (over well), waffles, bacon and sausage (on alternate days). The coffee dispenser served up a variety of items including latte and cappuccino. We only had the cappuccino and it was excellent!

Location is close to Crabtree Valley Mall and lots of nice restaurants. There is a Panera Bread Restaurant right beside the hotel. Hotel is nice and the staff is pleasant. We actually had received an upgrade when we checked in. Nice surprise!! Beds were very comfy.

Nice facilities in general. The pool was closed on a hot day in May, so didn't get to see it. Breakfast buffet was standard options-- cereal, bagels, bacon/sausage, self serve waffles-- but on the nicer end. Not fancy, just good staff.

The room was very spacious. We got a unit with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The curtains kept the light out and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. We had arrived by car and parking was not an issue. There is parking in front of the hotel and underneath the building. We did not have breakfast since it was served after 7am and we had to leave on an early flight. There's a Panera bread right next door in case you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel. We had dinner at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Dos Taquitos which we highly recommend. It's been a long time since we had such amazing Mexican food. Across from the restaurants, we had an ice cream shop which was very good as well.
